In this particular project, we conducted a full construction site survey, to ascertain the specifics of the job and then created an accurate, 3D Advance Steel (Autodesk) model of the required steelwork. Once approved, the fabrication drawings were passed to our on-site fabricators and the structural steel-frame components were then manufactured in our factory, based on the Barton Hill Trading Estate, Bristol. With comprehensive planning and site preparation, installation for our customer ran smoothly and to schedule.
The structural steel frame was delivered using a HIAB lorry and erected and installed using a cherry picker and a crane by our site operatives, all overseen by our in-house, Appointed Person.
Rank Engineering managed this project end to end, which ensured that, all facets of the job ran smoothly, which took the pressure out of the project for our customer.
These photos show the steels being lifted onto our flatbed lorry, by our tele-truck, as part of the manufacturing process at our on-site factory, through to installation, on-site. We had yet another satisfied customer, due to an expertly delivered project.
