Lots going on at Rank Engineering as the sun comes out, full throttle into Summer now.  We’re always busy fabricating structural steel and metal fabrications here at our onsite factory on the Barton Hill Trading Estate.  Having a state-of-the-art Esprit Lightening S CNC Plasma Cutter certainly helps streamline the fabrication process. It reduces the cost to the customer and speeds up the lead time.  That is why we are No. 1 in Bristol for structural steel fabrications, steel profiles, architectural metalwork and custom metal design.

Rank Engineering has recently branched out to Oxford from Bristol (as one of our Directors lives there) and we cover the whole of the UK in fact.  We would like to increase our structural steel coverage of this area in particular, so get in touch with your roof steelwork, steel frame building and structural engineering, modification enquiries, if you live or work in this area and spread the word!  It is honourable to use local companies and reduce your carbon footprint.  Many construction companies not only utilise our facilities because we’re reliable and local and produce quality fabrications, but also because we can manufacture jobs no one else can.  That is our niche.  That is our forte.

Factory Production Control

All of our welders are fully qualified, and our processes are controlled end to end.  All the structural steel we use is traceable, so you know, in accordance with UKCA regulations (BS EN 1090-2: 2018 up to EXC 2), a requirement for all structural steel projects, you’re getting top quality welding with the best steel available.  We also have very experienced, in-house draughtsmen and project managers to manage the whole engineering and manufacturing process for you.  Did I mention that we can install too?  Don’t cut corners.  It will cost you in the long run.  Not to mention with retrospective building regulations approval!  There’s a reason this industry is tightly regulated.  Go with who you know can get the job done, in the most competitive manner, to the highest specification.
